Allergy help please! DLP with a dairy-allergy 5 year old

Hey folks
First time on this board and first time going to Disney in May (Paris).

We have a 5yo with a strong dairy allergy and he's as fussy as any other 5yo, to boot.

Is there anywhere I can check menu allergens before I book in advance or stand in a queue?

We've about 3 days before restaurant bookings open and DLP seems pretty lite on information.

Can one child live on fries alone for three days? Let's find out.

Allergy menus are only available in the park, to my knowledge.

But maybe make it a bit easier and look for vegan options? Vegan food should be dairy free.

Download the app and go to the restaurants and look for the vegan option per menu.
