Allergy Friendly Restaurants in WDW DTD?

I know the places in DTD are not owned by Disney. So I looked them up online but the places I checked do not have any allergy info on their websites. I'm looking mainly at quick service places like Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck Express. Anyone have any experience with DTD restaurants? I'm allergic to fish and feel better when I check that it isn't used in any ingredients. Waiters seem to think as long as I'm not ordering fish, it should be fine and that is far from the case. Will they show you an ingredients binder like Disney places?

I have multiple allergies, including seafood, and have spoken to a chef at both WPE and Raglan Road (they have a QS counter). EoS and Pollo Campero sent over a manager with an ingredients binder. It was nearly identical to the service I expect from Disney owned/operated restaurants.

I'm glad! Good to know. Raglan Road was one that I was nervous about with a fish allergy. Something gave me the impression that it was mostly fish. But that might be wrong.

It is mostly fish but they do have other things on the menu. I was able to get a 6oz steak and broccolli while my DN had mac & cheese.

Ok, thanks. I guess I will pass on that one then, there are so many places to choose from anyway.

We have a great experience at RFC.

I do like that but we have a Rain Forest Café at our DTD so wanted to try some new things. OK, we also have an Earl of Sandwich too but I can't pass that up! ;) I just dream about their turkey holiday sandwich.

I have a shellfish allergy and have never had an issue at any restaurant at Disney. I have eaten at Fulton's, T-Rex, Raglan Road, Rainforest Cafe, and Earl of Sandwich. I have also eaten at Wolfgang Puck. Most of the time the chef would come out and speak to me before I was allowed to order.

We dined at Raglan Rd and one member of our party had shellfish allergy. All went well (we also have Dairy, and Gluten allergies). I like the Pollo place that is located in the same building as BabyCakes (Pollo Campano, or something like that). I like rice and chicken options and they also sell burgers there. (quick service). I don't know how they stand for fish allergies, but those are our favorites for DTD.

That sounds like it could be good. I'll have to look at that. I also avoid shell fish just because I don't know and I'm afraid to have a food challenge for it, for now anyway. But I have found fish is the harder thing to avoid as many things are flavored with anchovies or put in something to make it "healthier". I have found fish in places I never would have thought.

I'm glad to hear that many have had excellent allergy experiences at DTD. I just wasn't sure. Since we are staying at POFQ, I'm sure we'll be eating there several times.
