Binny, when Zach was first diagnosed he was prescribed Zyrtec and Singular (before Zyrtec was available OTC) and he did allergy shots for 2 years. The shots made a huge difference. He suffered from nose bleeds, black eyes, headaches and constant sinus infections. The allergy shots really helped and he just takes Zyrtec now. The nasal sprays made his bloody noses worse, so I can't comment on those. This all happened in kindergarten, the school would call me literally every other day about a nose bleed or black eyes, they'd swear he hadn't been in a fight, lol!
