Allergies at Coronado

Coronado is run separately/3rd party from other Disney resorts, correct? I was thinking about this as I was looking at food options there and noticing that there isn’t an allergy menu for any of their many on-site options.

For those who have stayed there, what was your experience in ordering with food allergies? We stayed a few years back before the tower was finished, so it’s been awhile.

I'm not sure what your allergy is, but we stayed in the tower in December of 2021 and my friend has a gluten allergy. I recall they made a special flatbread for her in the QS, but it took a while to wait for the food. We also ate at Three Bridges and she had no issues ordering gluten free items.

AFAIAA, Coronado is just as much a Disney resort as GF, and the restaurants there are Disney operated as well. So I hope you get a reassuring number of reports here that they do accommodate allergies as well as other Disney restaurants do.

Earlier, before I posted, I was looking on the MDE app. Now that I'm on the actual site, I can see that some of the places at CSR, do have allergy menus. Still interested to hear about your experiences, though, especially with QS.
