Good luck on Saturday, Alladin! I was on the Swim Team starting somewhere around 6 or 7 years old, all through High School. My best event was the 500Free. Not good on speed, but good on endurance.

I noticed in your siggy that you go to a Wayne high school...my high school was in Wayne, also...but in NJ.

I hate long distance. I told him im going
to get out after a 100. && He laughed

If you want to tone down the orange get a product called, "Shimmer Lights". It's like a shampoo. QUick and easy. You can get it at Sally Beauty or a hair salon. Great stuff. Really tones down the red. Also before you swim in chlorine, put conditioner on your hair and work it in. It'll protect it from further damage and keep it from turning green.

Yeahh
i did pretty good today at my swim meet
I did a 1min.15sec. in my 100breaststroke
i did a 59sec. in my 100 freestyle
and a 32sec. in my 50 breaststroke in my Medly Relay.
so Saturday im swimming the 200MedlyRelay.
&&Maybe the 400FreeRelay. Not sure about that one yet.
But yeahh saturdays meet is for the medals
so wish me luck =]

The team did really good today
But we didnt make state cut
but overall we all did veryyyy well.
&& Yeahh these swim meet are like Regionals
We were only at Finals for 6Hours.
compared to the PreLims (Which is to see if
you qualify for Finals) like 10 hours.

But thank you again for your support

Yes, my DD's season ended last weekend. They have a spring season, but we're skipping it. She needs a break. We'll start up again for outdoor summer season in May. Will you be swimming in the summer?

Yess i swim on a team called Summer Dolphins.
But this year i was thinking of doing a new thing
with two of my friends from the swim team.
Its a summer camp for swimming && we go to
University of Michigan and swim there for 6 to 8 hours a day.
and its like you live a college life of swimming.
and Michael Phelps comes there every year and swims
with the high schoolers. && My friend Jordan goes
every year and he said its a blast.

So im thinking of doing that instead of Summer Dolphins.
In the summer dolphins you only swim 2 hours a day.

so like 6 hours more of swimming. Hopefully it will keep me in shape
