All these Apple Stroller "reviews"...

...are making me want to rent from another company in May when we go. We did use them in January, and our stroller was a little beaten up, otherwise a good experience, but the obvious spamming has me booking elsewhere. Come on Apple, how stupid do we look?

We rented from them in December and had a good experience, even if the stroller wasn't in the same shape as our previous stroller rentals. However, around that same time, several people here on the Dis had their reservations cancelled by Apple at the last minute because they rented too many strollers. That left a bad taste in my mouth (even if it didn't happen to us), so yes, I will also be looking elsewhere in the future.

I know. I am so put off by them. I've already rented through them for our trip in 10 days, but thinking I should have looked elsewhere. I'm hoping we have a good experience with them.

I was wondering if people who got the free promotion were the ones getting the junkier strollers, versus those who paid full price.

I think they are calling previous customers and asking them to post reviews. I got a voicemail last week on my phone asking me to call them. Which I don't feel like doing, PLUS I was annoyed they called from a Florida phone number right after the month Disney giving away free trips because I thought I was some grand prize winner or something, LOL.

Anyway, my guess is that these are real customers sharing real experiences as a favor to a company that provided service and product that was satisfactory to them.
