Cons: no guaranteed balcony or patio

Poly Lagoon View

Using this information, which resort would you choose? It will be me, DH, DS7, DS5 and DS2. All rooms are roughly the same cost (still holding out for codes :teeth: ) and we will be there the 2nd week of May. Any help is appreciated. Every time I think that I have made up my mind, I start thinking about the "pros" of the other resorts. :earboy2:

Thanks.

Man only if I could afford those rooms. I'm envious. ;)

Personally I wouldn't walk to the MK from the CR. Not that I'm lazy, but you do enough walking already. The good thing about the Tower is you get great views.

I don't know anything about consierge, so I can't tell you what to choose based on that.

The Poly is BEAUTIFUL. So I would probably go with the Poly. And I would prefer whatever room has a view of the park. ;)

I've stayed CR Tower but not Club and I've stayed Poly GVC. I would go for Poly GVC. We loved it. We were on the 3rd floor so we did have a balcony(we requested 3rd fl). We faced the quiet pool. With the torches its a wonderful view and relaxing view at night. On several nights we watched Wishes from the beach. DD11 loved the pool. Loved how close the main pool is to Hawaii Bldg. Out of the 6 days that we were there we only went to the parks 2 days. We knew we were looking for more of a resort stay. We go several times a year typically staying at Pop but once a year we now live it up.Though we love Poly after paying $1500 for 5 nights I come home and think I could have stayed 3 weeks at Pop or All-Stars. LOL

Poly GVC! I'm not a fan of theming of CR. I think you'ld like the pool better at Poly. And from the Poly you can walk to the TTC to catch the direct Epcot monorail. I think you'll LOVE concierge with your 3 children-it is so great to have milk, juice and snacks just down the hall. In the morning 1 adult can take the kids to the lounge while the other gets ready for the day. My kids (5, 4, 2 on last trip) loved the lounge. The night time offerings were very nice. The lounge is great because you can watch the EWP or fireworks from there.

Disneywisher-thanks for your description of the GV view. I'm really going to try to book GV for October. I just can't justify the LV price any more and your description is wonderful.

Another vote for Poly concierge. I can't stand the CR, I think it is so ugly--there is no contest between it and the Poly.

And I'd rather have the convenience of concierge (especially with young kids like you have) than a balcony or lagoon view.

That's my two cents!

I have stayed at any of them, but I would also pick Poly concierge, that just sounds wonderful......
Have fun on your trip

I was thinking of the Poly for next year too...either Garden concierge or Lagoon view non-concierge too. I'm leaning more towards the lagoon view. We're going this year first trip with our kids (then age 4 and 19mos) and doing beach club concierge. I think we're going to wait and see how much use we get out of it first before we decide on next time....but as of now, like I said leaning more towards the view.

Thank you to all. I just booked Poly GVC. Now I just need to email the concierge office and have them put in our room requests. Again, thanks for all your help.
