DD & DH:
The first "D" is for either "Dear" or "Disney". Take your pick, LOL. Then, in order:
Husband
Wife
Daughter
Son
Sister-in-law or Son-in-law
Daughter-in-law
Grandmother
Grandparent
Sister-in-law or Son-in-law
Brother-in-law
Mother-in-law
Father-in-law

DDP: Disney Dining Plan

TWC is most likely time warner cable...but you'd need to look at context.

also, the linked threads go longer than the first post and do have more updated information - both threads were started prior to the inception of the tables in wonderland program, for example.
