All swappers – please read…..

Thanks so much for those. I used them both. But I don't know what to put for the "definition" of an altered CD cover. Do you have to actually use a CD or is it just that size? Can someone come up with a little blurb about it for the glossary? Obviously I've never made one. I did receive one from you Shauna when you were my secret sister - I just wasn't sure that that was what it was called at the time.

I've seen altered CDs done a couple of different ways. One was to alter an actual CD as in cutting paper to cover and them embellishing the paper appropriately. The other is the method I used which is to cut a circle the same size as a CD (approx. 5" diameter) and embellish accordingly. My other swap group uses both methods interchangeably so it depends on the swapper. My preference is to not have an actual CD as I don't care for the extra weight it adds to my pages.

Potential blurb?:
Altered CD - Decorative element. Can be made using two methods - 1) by covering an actual CD with cardstock or printed paper and embellishing appropriately OR 2) by cutting a paper circle the size of a CD (approx. 5" diameter) and embellishing accordingly. Typically 1 per person in most swaps.
