In the following list, you'll find confirmed information of all the costumes available or not yet available, or probably, pieces of costumes that will never be available:

-Traditional Mickey Ears (Park):
By creating a VMK character in the park(Disneyland or WDW) you not only get some cool pins and the Born In Park badge, but you also get the Traditional Black Mickey Ears!
-Gold Mickey Ears (Park):
To get this Mickey Ears you have to purchase an original pair of Gold Mickey Ears in either Disneyland or WDW and you will later get a code for it
-Explorer's Costume Color Green(1400 credits) Re-release (2600 credits):
On sale for a long while since the first Pin Trading Event.
Retired.
Re-released on October 27th, on Emporium, later retired.
-Pink Princess Dress(1250 credits) Re-release (1500 credits):
Available during the Pin Trading Event.
Re-released on October 26th, on Emporium, later retired
-Pink Baseball Hat(500 credits):
Available under the Clothing section when you click Shop.
-Space Suit(2000 credits)(Game Reward):
Available during the Space/Celebration Event. Now available by beating the 16 levels of the hard-to-beat Blast In Space game on Tomorrowland Arcade Games.
-Yellow Princess Dress(1250 credits) Re-Release (1500 credits):
Available during the Space/Celebration Event.
Re-Released on October 24th, on Emporium, later retired
-Sorcerer Mickey Hat(500 credits) Re-release (500 credits):
Available during the Space/Celebration Event.
Re-released on November 4th, on Emporium.
-Cowboy Costume(1750 credits) Re-release (3500 credits):
Available under specials in Shrunken Ned's Shop during Pin Trading event, later under specials on Golden Horseshoe Mercantile.

Re-released on October 25th, on Emporium, later retired
Brown:
Re-released on October 27th, on Emporium, later retired

In order to get this particular hat you have to take the Pirates Of The Caribbean Insider Tour that replaces The Haunted Mansion Insider Tour while it's under maintenance.
-Diver Suit(Game Reward):
Beat the Airlock Escape game, available on tomorrowland Arcade games! Beware, the suit does NOT come with the Helmet.
-Diver Helmet(2000 Credits):
Currently available on Star Trader's Shop, under Specials.
-Herbie Costume (Code):
The Herbie Racer Costume has been available since October 25th by purchasing an original copy of the Herbie DVD.
-Moderator Exclusive Green Mickey Ears (Not Available):
This color of Mickey Ears is only available for staff members.
-Moderator Exclusive Blue Mickey Ears (Not Available):
This color of Mickey Ears is only available for staff members
-Explorer Suit Color Yellow (1750 Credits):
Release Date: October 24th, on Emporium, later retired.

Thanks for putting this together, but this type of information is already included in theplayer's guide created and updated by Maltoo.

I will not be able to make this a sticky thread since that information is already provided as part of another sticky thread.

Unfortunately, we can't have every thread be a sticky thread or there would be no room left on the page to post.
