All Star Vacation Homes

While I'd rather stay onsite, with three kids it gets very expensive. I'm wondering if any of you have tried All Star Vacation Homes? I am interested in a house that's located in Formosa Gardens--is that too far away? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Allstarvacationhomes is a very good company. It has had many good reviews on here. Formosa Gardens is probably the closest subdivision to Disney. We visited friends that stayed there in March and it was a very nice place.
Other nice subdivisions in the area are Windsor Hills which is a little newer, Emerald Island, Acadia Estates also Windsor Palms, Rolling Hills, Indian Creek and Sunset Lakes. Windsor Hills, Emerald Island and Windsor Palms all have a manned security gate, Formosa Gardens, Sunset Lakes and maybe Acadia Estates have coded gates.
It would take you about 5 minutes to get to Disney Animal Kingdom from FGardens using Sherberth Rd.
We usually rent directly from owners which can save you even more money. This is the listing site on VRBO for Kissimmee:

We rented direct from owner on VRBO, but All Star was our property management company... very responsive to any needs we had while we were there. We stayed at Windsor Palms. I would definitely use properties that are managed by them again.
