Anyone ever used them. We are going next year, want to make the reservations now.....need feedback, thanks in advance

thanks so much never heard from them have to look at the testimonials

Here is some feedback.
We stayed in Villa 1 at Roys in January '05. Loved it, beautiful house, it's well taken care off. I would bring your own towels and you have to provide your own laundy detergent etc. And toilet paper.. with so many of us ( 10 in all) we made a few runs to the local walmart to stock up on supplies.

And we are staying at the Grace villa this coming January.. They were cheaper then Roys with more beds as we will be a group of 13 this time! Detergent and such is provided, but we are still going to bring our own towels! For two weeks it cost us including taxes and pool heat $2000. Which because we were spliting between four couples turns out to be only $500 for two weeks which I thought was very silly cheap!! :woohoo:

We stayed in a 7 bedroom pool home in Dec 2005 and loved it. There were some maintenance issues that All Star quickly fixed it. We didn't have the Disney magic that comes with staying at the resorts, but we had plenty of room for the whole family.
