we will be staying at the assp in june. I have not stayed there since the year it first opened, it was very nice then, I was wondering if someone who has been more recently could tell me if the rooms are still in good condition.

I have no complaints for the price. We had an AP rate of $49 night. Rooms were clean but small. The bathroom was small.

I think it depends a little bit on the time of the year you go, too. I'm not sure I would want to fight the parking lot at Christmas getting in and out.
