Hey who has stayed at All STar SPorts? What did you think of it. I have never been to All Star Sports so I don't really know what to expect!:) Pros and Cons, impressions... any information would be great :santa:

anyone know of any All Star Sports Threads. The Search option is almost useless

I've never stayed at the All Star Sports, but have heard numerous good reviews. Anyway, here is a link to the All Star Sports page at WDW Info.com. :)

We stayed at the AS Sports twice and enjoyed it. I see that you have stayed at the other values, it's pretty much the same but with a sports theme. We liked the surfboard bay pool (I think that's the name) I have 2 boys and they enjoyed the sports theme. :) Linda

I was a little worried because of all the mixed reviews. Also when I stayed at All Star Movies I was not impressed broken doors, clogged sink and toilet...and a long wait to have it all fixed not exactly what I want to deal with on vacation. But I am glad to hear you enjoyed it. Gives me hope lol THank you!

I have also stayed in all the values more than once.

Music is my favorite because it is quieter and has more of an adult crowd as it seems to be the favorite for budget honeymooners. At first the theming didn't grab me, but once I slowed down and really looked it at, I think I like it best of all the values. For instance the New Orleans rose garden and wrought iron bench in the jazz section, the horse corral with real saddles in the country, etc.

Movies has the most colorful, charming theming, but it is so hard to get a room there as it is very popular.

Sports IMHO has the best bus schedule/service; while I certainly would stay there again, I'm just not a huge sports fan. ("Real" sports fan--I like the resort.)

Pop has the best food court with more offerings, including the grilled flatbreads. It also has an indoor lounge and an outdoor lounge. I've probably had the best front desk service (of the values) at that resort. What keeps Pop from being my favorite is just the size and hence, number of people. it seems the food court was constant, loud mayhem--not matter what time of day or night, and there was always something of a line at the bus stops (from the resort or from the parks back.)

I don't think you can go wrong with any of them; and I will happily continue to visit!

I have to agree with JennyDrake we loved the Pop and it does have a better food court for choices, but it is always busy. I don't remember looking around AS sports for a seat like we did at the Pop, they made the hotel bigger and added another bar and pool but I don't think the food court is bigger at Pop than the other values. :confused3 Hopefully you won't have a problem like you did at the AS Movies nobody needs that on vacation. :) Linda

I have put out several posts regarding my stays at Sports. (and I know what you mean about the Search feature!). Anyway to OP, my family and I have always enjoyed Sports. For the money, it is great IMHO. Bus service is good (although can be very crowded). Mousekeeping has always been great in our experience. It is myself, DH and 2 DS's now 10 and 14 and we've found the room to be very comfortable for the 4 of us. We basically use the room to sleep and shower. We swim once in awhile, but we're usually out enjoying the parks and restaurants. So I give Sports a :thumbsup2

Thanks everyone! You have all been so helpful. I'm looking forward to my stay now :D I love hearing good things, besides I don't think we'll be seeing too much of the room anyways lol.

simonkodousek - THank you for the link! It is helpful !!
