All Star Sports room conditions

I have not stayed at the all star sports in a little over 3 years. The last time we stayed I noticed the rooms and grounds were starting to look worn. Paint needed updating and such. Can someone that has stayed there lately let me know how it looks???

We have stayed at either AS Music or AS Sports 4 times over the last three years. Both resorts are definitely showing some rough edges -mildew more noticeable in rooms and common areas, chipped and scuffed paint on exterior of bldgs, etc.
