Hi guys. Going to WDW in September (SO EXCITED) but got an email saying the food court at Sports will be closed when I'm there and i'll have to go to Movies or Music. Are they far? I was planning on grabbing breakfast early in the morning and eating it on the way to the bus stop for those early morning starts, it'll be good to know in advance if they are far apart so I can adjust my plans!

Also slightly off topic but does anyone know how reliable the wifi is?

I've never stayed at the All Stars before but read lots of reviews and they sound pretty good. Didn't see the point in splashing out, as I'll be spending more time out of my hotel room than in it!

Hope you're all having a great day/evening/night.

I haven't stayed at sports yet, we are staying there in September too. I have been told they will have buses running between the resorts together to the food court. I have also request the baseball section of the hotel because it is the closest to the music food court (walking distance). Hope that helps!

Yes there will be a bus running to the other food courts. Enjoy your stay. AS Sports was the first resort we stayed at and I keep going back. AS Music is really close to the baseball section of AS Sports.

As the others said there will be buses to the other 2 resorts for food. Sports will have a grab and go section setup in the arcade area for food. Also you can't eat your food on the bus to the parks, just a heads up. So if you wanted to eat it while waiting you just have to be done before the bus comes. Enjoy your trip!

You could walk over and eat at ASMu, then hop a bus to the parks from there. ASSp rooms have just undergone refurbishment.:thumbsup2

As mentioned,request Home Run Hotel.:)

From HRH,you are only about a 5 minute walk to Music's Food Court.:)

Just walk right across the parking lot between Sports and Music.:)

After walking it a time or two,you will learn the best route from your particular room.:)

Also,HRH has its "own" Pool and laundry.:)

Did the email give you the complete dates for the renovation? or just while you are there kind of thing?

you asked about the Wifi...it was awesome while we were there in March 2013. However, the router was in our room, so that might be why. They had to come in at one point and work in it--it was behind the TV, so that was the only reason I knew it was in our room.

IMHO, I would change hotels. I had to walk between All-Stars to get a loaf of bread, and I thought it was a long walk. I would not want to do it everyday.

Thanks everyone! I didn't realise I'd still be able to purchase snack type foods from my hotel, which solves my problem completely as I can eat whilst walking to the bus stop. Thanks for the wifi answerer too!! Helpful to know as I'll be relying on it for chatting with family back home.

So excited, this time next month I WILL BE THERE!!
