Hi everyone. I'm new to this site. We're going to WDW January 3-9. In the past we've stayed at a condo rented by my grandmother and driven down to WDW for the day. This year, we're staying at All Star Music Resort the entire trip. The package through Disney was too steep for us, but we booked through Travelocity and got airfare, hotel, and park hopper tickets for a pretty good deal. I wasn't aware however that there are family suites in this resort, the only room we were offered was a "regular" room with 2 doubles.
We have a 4 year old daughter. The plan is she'll sleep with me and DH will have his own bed. I was wondering though if I could call the resort and request to be upgraded to a family suite? My daughter tends to not sleep well in a traditional hotel room with the both of us in the room with her, we usually get a suite when we go away so she has her own room, even when it's usually the pullout in the living room.
We're going for Disney, not the room, of course. So, if it's a big hassle to change it's no big deal, I'm just wondering if since we booked through travelocity it's even possible?
Thanks.
