Thank you. I hate to admit it, but he is a great, young man. He has always been mature beyond his years and always loved baseball and teaching/coaching it. This may make you a little teary too (it does me): one of his players parents lost their job six months ago (the mom has to stay at home because the younger brother is diabetic and something else and often goes into shock...he cannot be left alone); the dad got a part-time job for now to pay rent, etc., until he can get a full-time job. My 23-year old son(who is paying for his second degree in college) is paying all expenses for this player of his to make the trip--airfare, hotel, tickets, food, etc. Although they would have enough players if they did not bring this young man, my son said there is no way that Kevon is not going too! I guess I did all right with this one.
