I have 72 points for rent at Villas at Grand Floridian @ $15/pt. I can book at VGF 11 months in advance (currently February 17, 2016) and all other DVC resorts 7 month in advance (currently October 17, 2015).
If you are interested, please send me a PM and/or an email at jmwolff@gmail.com. Include your check-in/out dates, preferred resorts and room types (studio, 1 bedroom; 2-bedroom, etc) and view desired.
I will provide a rental agreement that includes a 50% deposit paid within 7 days after receiving reservation number and confirmation and final 50% payment due 90 days before check-in.
I will make all Disney Dinning Plan and Disney Magical Express reservations on your behalf as part of the reservation as well. Once reservation is agreed upon, I will request all of the additional information needed for those reservations.
