Here's another Topaz photo. Wish I could post 2 to show you the before and after. This picture was COMPLETELY underexposed - almost backlit :guilty:. I was pleasantly surprised with my results!

^^^^^^^^COOL!!!!

How'd ya get that?

It was my birthday! :woohoo:

I didn't post that Birthday Fastpass photo, but that is part of your "gift" along with free admission to the parks on your birthday.

I thought it was an either / or offer. Fastpasses OR free admission....Anybody know for sure?

OneLilSpark...How did you like using the FP? We are fortunate enough to have someone traveling with us on our next trip whose birthday is 4th of July. So we thought the FP would be great for such a high attendance day!:thumbsup2

You can pick from one of three options... the first option if you don't have a ticket already is your only choice. That's the free admission. Your other two options are for people who have multi-day tickets (I have an AP :yay:) and those are either the gift card for ~$75 or the FP. The way the FP worked at Epcot (the park I was at) was that you got a total of 4 FPs. 2 were from the "Donald" group: Test Track, Soarin. And 2 were from the "Daisy" group: Mission Space, Honey I Shrunk the Audience, Living with the Land, Maelstrom. There have been reports of people getting a total of 8 FPs, but I would venture to assume that on the 4th, it'll be 4 total. (My birthday fell on a Saturday and it was ESPN weekend...kind of on the busier side.)

As for my opinion: I loved the Fastpasses for my situation. My parents live in the area and we went down just for a long weekend to visit them and then to go up to Epcot on my birthday (my boyfriend and I compromised, I wanted DISNEY, and he wanted VACATION...silly boy!) So he bought a one day pass when we were there and I got my birthday treat...in all honesty, I really just wanted the button :lmao: but hey! if they're giving something else out, I'll take that too! :thumbsup2 I don't have plans to head back in a year, so I wasn't sure the day admission would do me much good. The $75 you can't use on food, I have a ton of "stuff" already, and we only brought carry-ons, I didn't want to check a bag! So we went with the FPs, and I'm really glad we did. It was the right choice for us. We were able to fit so much into our one day because of them. When you get the FP for the designated ride, it's instant plus you can use your normal ticket to get another FP. IMO, if you're going over the 4th, I would totally get the FPs, they'll be like gold. Two things to note: they don't guarantee the FPs, they only give out a limited amount. And I thought you had to go to guest services for this, WRONG! At Epcot, you go to the ticket booth all the way to the left, and make sure you have all the tickets for everyone in your party.

Sorry this is so long!! PM me if you want more info :goodvibes Here's my POTD:
