All my daughters fast passes went missing!

I went into my account since we are arriving in two weeks. I went to look at our fast passes, and my daughter was deleted from all of them! I was able to re-add her to a couple on my own, but I couldn't do Frozen, 7d, TSMM, and the safari. I called up and THANK GOODNESS after about half an hour they were able to give us special fast passes for my daughter to use at those attractions. I would have been livid if it couldn't be fixed. Thank you Disney customer service for helping me out@
