They told eachother that they want to "try again" (and there was this sinister air to the scene, to indicate to the audience that it's probably a "bad idea" for Erica to give Chris another chance), so Chris gave Erica the ring back, just as Jack was walking in to "save her" from whatever "unspeakable motives" Chris really has, with her. Whatever.

I have to agree with you IASW... The show has been a real snoozer lately. What happened with Liza and Adam. I guess those premepted shows last week were really preempted and we missed a critical scene? How many times are these two going to get divorced. And Liza moving in with Mia? In the loft? How many bedrooms does that loft have. The funny thing is, that loft used to belong to Liza many, many years back. Now she will move back. As rich as she is, she will live with her sister in a loft downtown with a child. Oh well..

I thought the exact same thing you did about Sister Christian and Reggie... I saw the scene and said, these two will have a 'forbidden' love in a few months or less. Predictable..

I was thrilled to see Ruth again as well. I hope they keep Lee around for a while, but considering they are dumping all the older actors, I suspect Ruth and Joe will retire to Florida soon.. Wait, this is AMC, they will go on some arctic expedition to bottle feed orphaned baby seals or something...

The scary part is, neither of these two have the acting chops of Julia and Noah, so will they be able to pull it off?

I doubt that they would be able to pull it off, Jeannie and Scott. It would be interesting to see (at least more interesting than the drivel that they've given these 2, thus far - Reggie running from the bully, all the time, and Joanie eavesdropping and tattletaling like Cindy Brady, or something!), though!

I liked your thoughts about what will eventually become of Ruth and Joe, Sarge! Either that, or they will retire to that island in the middle of the PA ocean, where Leo first told Greenlee that he loved her, after eating the mysterious, poisoned berries!

I can hear that Enrique Iglesias soundtrack, too, Lilboo!

I don't know why Liza would take Colby and move in with Mia......unless they're eventually going to have Colby like Mia more than Liza (again) and have Mia try to take Colby away from Liza to live with her and Ed-dumb and BrattyMaddy and InvisibleSam in Wildwind (because she misses her son, William - whom we never hear about, any more, incidentally - so much)!

Did you all see the "rest of the story" with Erica? Michael ordered roses for her while Kendall was in the shower....except she heard part of the order and kissed him and made love again for sending her flowers every day.

Chris saw the card on the flowers while he waited for Erica to come back and celebrate. He sat in her office punching his fist. Erica told him the flowers were from Lacy's and he went along with it and then said he had some important business. Maybe he's going to punch out Michael?

I've given up trying to watch. I hate being pre-empted. Thanks for all the updates everyone! We do have SoapNet so maybe I'll watch on Sunday.

I did see the bit with Liza saying she was moving in with Mia. And Mia at the Martin's. Did you hear Ruth call Jake Joey?! Ugh. I dont' remember him being Joey, does she think anyone else does?!

I am behind a few days on the show so I have yet to see Mia's legs... Are there any American Idol fans on this thread? If so did you catch Finola Hughes (Anna) sitting behind Simon on Tuesday night's show? The first time I saw her, I was thinking that can't be, but they showed her repeatedly and it was definately her. I wonder if she waited in line at 5AM to get that seat?

Thanks for filling in the blanks about Tuesday's episode, Pam! And they actually showed a full, uninterrupted episode yesterday, Pembo! (I find the interruptions to be distracting, too! You're lucky that you can see the full episodes on SoapNet! And the Soap Opera Digest Awards, too - I'm so bummed that they are not showing them on network TV, this year! )

Faith - most of their legs are pretty scary looking - very spindly! You wonder how they can walk in the heels that they wear without their little legs collapsing!

Scott - I didn't see Anna on "American Idol", but I did see Vanessa in a clip from "Guiding Light" when Ricky Paul Goldin was a guest on "Caroline Rhea", a few days ago! They're lucky to have her, over there on "Guiding Light" - I miss her "drama"!

I love how Simone said (to Kendall and Mia), yesterday "the four of us actually have flesh and blood, sensitive men in our lives....." HUH? She only went on one date with BoydBoydBoyd (who is in love with Kendall, anyway), Kendall is being played for a fool by Michael, BrattyMaddy will do everything in her power to keep Mia and Ed-dumb apart (and they only had one pseudo-date, anyway), and Greenlee has been making it very clear that she thinks that Carlos is "beneath her". So, how are these men "in their lives"???

I'm beginning to tire of this Erica-Michael-Chris thing - I hope that they reveal Michael's real motive for being there, soon. Wouldn't it be funny if Michael and Lena turned out to be "GOOD guys" - federal agents, in disguise, there to protect Erica, Bianca, and Kendall from the "evil" Chris Stamp???!! THAT would be a plot twist!

Is Henry's tendency to freeze when presented with actual exams what Regina was trying to warn Maggie about, for all of these months? ("he'll ruin your life.....")

I wonder how long it will take Maurona to become a doctor, again? She'll obviously ace the college level exam that she just took, and the professor will recommend that she move on to medical school level classes........then she'll do so well, there, that they will immediately put her on rotation at PVH.......she should be the new Chief of Staff by June! What do you all say?

They have to do something fast.. Those 'expensive' Pine Valley Hospital sets are just sitting there collecting dust! Maurona will certainly be on the fast path to being a Dr. again. I suspect she will be performing brain surgury on a character soon, maybe even herself to get her own memory back? LOL!!

Carlos beneath Greenlee? I wouldn't doubt it for Greenlee's character to feel that way.. But then Leo was beneath her too, he was a criminal after all when he showed up in town. Oh well, it will make for more 'tension' right?

I'm wondering whether he set it up so that they will be caught for having the same answers but Maggie will be the cheater since he is the genius and Maggie won't be a threat as number one in the class. I'm not sure whether the whole romance was just a fake, too to set this up. Of course, I'm wondering how the professor didn't notice him sitting still through the whole exam.

I was happy to see Mary, back on the show, yesterday. Since Vanessa left, there hasn't been a resident b- - - - around PV! I'm glad that they're trying to show some conflict in the way that Greenlee is thinking about Carlos, now - at least showing that she's not such a snob, but that she was raised as one, so she was used to being one. I'm glad that Carlos stood up for himself and told both Mary and Greenlee where they could "go", and didn't just fall into Greenlee's arms for defending him to her mother. He should just forget about Greenlee, if she keeps insulting him and treating him like the "help". We know that she's sort of thinking about him, but she's done nothing to show that to him.

Very interesting thought about Henry setting Maggie up to look like the cheater, so that he remains the #1 student in the class, Pam! I wonder if the writers were smart enough to think of that.....

........because they obviously weren't smart enough to have an interesting plot twist with the Michael-Lena-Erica-Kendall storyline. Ho hum - so they want BoydBoydBoyd's formula and are trying to get it out of him or Kendall. Well, if they're going to go this route, they might as well have Lena realize that maybe she would have better luck trying to get it out of Bianca, since BoydBoydBoyd is already on to her, and Bianca is so enamored with her and is such good buddies with him.......but they won't do that. They'll just have Michael blackmail Kendall, or something. Or Lena somehow seduce BoydBoydBoyd.

Wasn't it handy that Adam just happened to show up to "talk to Colby", a split second after Liza asked Mia if she and Colby could move in with her? What if Mia had said "no"???

Is anyone else noticing that they haven't been showing scenes from the upcoming episode, at the end of each episode, like they used to, this week?

Okay, Michael is sleeping with Kendall, and Michael is sleeping with Lena. Lena will soon sleep with Bianca. (I read that somewhere.) I've also heard that Lena will be gone by May so hopefully they will wrap this whole boring storyline up for the sweeps. My guess ( and what I would do if I were writing) is to have Kendall and Bianca somehow find Michael and Lena in bed together at the same time. This could potentially provide a bonding moment for Kendall and Bianca and provide Erica a chance to comfort both of her daughters together. Yeah right.

Great thought about Kendall and Bianca catching Michael and Lena together at the same time, PNelson! I wish that we could see that happen......we'll see! Even better - if Erica caught them both together, along with Kendall and Bianca!

I saw the 2 little pieces of the show that were on before and after the news conference, today. It looks like we missed a huge fight between Greenlee and Mary. Also, how did Erica go from telling Jack "you HAVE TO help me with Michael Cambias - he's ruining my engagement to Chris!" ........to making out with him, after the interruption?!! And I'm sorry that we missed seeing Tad's entire conversation with Liza - it looked like a good one, from the pieces that we got to see. Also, did Laurie agree to be Joanie's friend, again? And is Jamie now obsessed with / stalking Laurie? How did he find out that she was going to be at the birthday party, so that he could dress up as a character, there? And why would Petey be invited to the same birthday party as children who are several years younger than he?? Perhaps someone who has SoapNet can answer these very important questions!

On a sad note, I read in last week's People Magazine that the actress who played Aunt Grace, Lynn Thigpen, passed away suddenly, last week.
