All Moderates with Free Dining Sold Out?

I have a reservation at the Pop with upgraded dining for 9/22 - 9/29. I would like to upgrade to a moderate, but when I call Disney they tell me they are completely booked. Really? This far in advance? And I thought September was a slow month. Any suggestions on how I might snag an upgrade?

I was just able to go to the Disney website, plug in your dates, and get availability for CBR. That was the only mod that would come up for me, though.

i did the same but I was able to get CBR and CSR. Maybe the CM you spoke to did something wrong to cause it to show no availability at any mods for your week. I would call back and tell them both resorts are available online. I would talk to a manager if the CM cant take cre of it for you. Good Luck

I came up with the same availabilities online as you two did. However, when I spoke with a CM she insisted nothing was available. I will ask to speak with a manager as you have suggested. Thanks.

I am assuming you have only paid deposit at this point, so I would make a new reservation online and then call and cancel the other. You'll have your refund for the first in no time. Is it possible that there are some rooms saved for online res only? Just thinking.

Plenty of availability without the dining plan. Maybe you could add it later if it becomes available.

I just called and spoke with a very knowledgeable CM. I expressed my frustration with attempting to upgrade being told that nothing was available but when I plugged the figures into their website it showed that CBR is available. She mentioned that they had to do this with two different codes and she knew how to do it. So I got my upgrade to CBR! I am so excited! Thanks for all of the helpful suggestions.
