All-inclusive pre-fixe dinner/shows?

Somewhere on disboards there was a short list of truly all-inclusive (tax, tip appetizer) dinners or dinner shows at WDW that work on the DP for 2 creds/ per person. All I can remember is Cinderella's Royal Table. What were the other ones? I tried to search but couldn't get to that thread again.

I'm pretty sure it is Hoop dee Doo, Luau, Backyard BBQ, and room service. You mentioned CRT and I know that is covered.
