Dover-Calais Industrial Action - Customer Advice
DFDS Seaways regret to advise we have currently suspended our Dover-Calais services until Friday 10 July at 23:59 as we are being prevented from entering the Port of Calais by members of the SCOP union.
In the meantime we are continuing to operate our Dover-Dunkirk services with an additional, fourth vessel to assist our customers travelling between the UK and France.
Customers with a confirmed reservation on the affected Dover-Calais services are advised the following travel advice:
Customers travelling from Dover are requested to proceed to port as normal and will be transferred to the first available Dover-Dunkirk departure.
Customers travelling from Calais are requested to proceed to Dunkirk to be transferred to the first available Dunkirk-Dover departure. Directions to our ports.
The latest travel information is also available by calling our sailing line on +44 1304 874 158.
Customers wishing to travel with DFDS Seaways are advised to make a reservation prior to arriving at port due to limited availability.
