All day dining?

Has anyone done the all day dining at SW/BG recently? How does it work? The site says it is a wristband and can be used once an hour. How do they keep track of this? Is it once an hour per restaurant or once an hour for all restaurants in the park?

We had planned to do all day dining at SW and bailed at the last minute. It turned out to be the right decision for us. People on the plan had the next time they could go through the line printed at the bottom of their receipt. It is one dine per hour, doesn't matter which restaurant you go to. They keep up with it by scanning your wristband barcode.
