Anyone trying to call Disney Dining? I've been having a terrible time last night and today. Rings about twenty times and then states All Circuits Are Busy - Please call back. I'm making last minute ADR - am I in the Easter window or something?

I had to call 3 times in about a 20 minute time span before I got through.. It was about a 8 miunte wait once it got through..

Well, we just decided to be kamikaze-ish and book a quick 3-day stay for next week . . . and now to book the dining for the three of us, I keep hearing "all circuits are busy." I guess it really doesn't matter - the only things left this soon anyway will be Marakesh or McDonalds at downtown.

Anyone having trouble getting through to this line? I have tried the last 2 days and can only get that "all circuits are busy."

Just posted a thread regarding the same topic (before scrolling down and finding yours). I have had trouble the entire day yesterday and now this morning. Sounds like if you keep dialing you may get through. I guess I will try that. I wonder why they are so busy?:confused3

i have gotten that also, but if you hold on and do not hang up it keeps trying to get though and eventually you get the dininig operator.

i did this by accident but it does work

I just combined the two threads so we'd have one universal place to vent our frustrations today.

Good luck to everyone on getting through. pixiedust:

I did get through - after numerous tries - both last night and today. Last night I got everything except Le Cellier (party of two syndrome.) Today I manged to get Cali Grill for 6:05 instead of 9:25. It was a different day, but I can rework the schedule. Now - I notice I missed a lunch, so I have to call back again!

These were all for 1/20 -1/26 - last minute vacation!

call now i just hung up...i called...all circuits busy...and then i called right back n it went through...so trying calling immediately right back then the hold time is just about 13 minutes...they seem really busy.

That happened to me about 3 days ago. I had to hang up and keep trying. It took me about 10 minutes of having to do that, but finally I got through.

I just got through a few minutes ago by calling once-getting the recording-hanging up-calling immediately back. I had to stay on hold longer than usual but eventually did get through!

If you are a DVC member you can make your ADRs though member services using the DVC 800 number. There is usually a much shorter wait than
407 WDW- DINE. Usually no wait at all.

I was making a ressie for a cash reservation (non DVC cash ressie, a 4/3) so wasn't sure if I could still go thru MS. Do you know?

one thing I've noticed is that it's always way busier on weekends, whenever I've gotten that busy circuits message, it's been on weekends - I suppose because so many people wait until they're off work on the weekends to call so phones are flooded.

But I have had much better luck calling mid-morning until mid-afternoon Tuesday-Friday. (Monday's usually bad, too because many Travel agents are booking at the beginning of the week, too - they're hold-over from weekend clients calls & emails so they "get on it the first of the week"...as explained to me by a reservation CM.)

If you are a DVC member you can make ADRs through member services wether you are staying at a DVC resort or not, or wether you are staying on points or cash.

Can guests renting DVC points use the DVC 800# to make dining ressies?

Didn't know that Gabe, thank you! By the way, Lancaster is a nice place, used to go through on my way to Monterey.

Certainly not just you. We have family in the 407 area code and got it for them MANY times over the weekend. Don't know what's up, but it isn't just Disney.
