All Circuits are Busy Now?

I'm trying to make an ADR and for the past 10 minutes, when I call 1-407-WDW-DINE, I get the "We're sorry. All circuits are busy now. Please try your call again later" message. Anyone else having this issue? Or am I experiencing user error...

Keep trying I got that message 4 times today than I got through - with about 7 minute wait.

I called to make ADRs a couple days ago and the same thing happened to me! I thought it was just my stupid cellphone carrier I called back I think 6 times before it finally connected me, then I had to wait on hold for about 5 minutes. Glad to know it wasn't just me!

It's moments like that I'm so glad that I have concierge. I just send an email to my resort's cl and they call me up at the time I request and they make the changes that I request.
