A friend of mine just got back from Disney World, and while she was there she tried the restaurant called Garden Grill at Epcot for lunch.

How is this restaurant? I've seen it many times before, but I have never thought to eat there before. Do they serve breakfast? Also, if anyone has pictured of the food or the restaurant, they would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks! Look forward to the posts! :)

They used to serve a character breakfast (which was very good by the way), but now I believe it is only open for Lunch and Dinner. I've never eaten there for anything but the breakfast, but have read that it is very good. I'm sure you will get better opinions than mine, but from what I have heard it is good...definitely on our list for this July. :thumbsup2

We ate there for lunch in January. The characters were there--they could have been a little more attentive given there were only about 5 parties seated in the restaurant. Overlooking the Land ride was cool. I thought the food was quite good--but, one member of our party got sick later that afternoon & blames it on the food there (but who really knows for sure). I would eat there again.

hi,
My son and I eat there every visit. We just love it is one of our favs.
The food is excellent and the characters are great. You will enjoy it.
It is also cool that the restaurant rotates. :cool1:

We just returned from Disneyworld and had dinner at the Garden Grill. We thought the food was excellent. It is a character meal served family style. They bring you a large platter with fresh veggies, fish, turkey, and flank steak, along with fresh bread and a salad. For the kids they bring a large platter with chicken fingers, fries, and macaroni and cheese. For dessert they bring you a platter with several different desserts to try---cheese cake, brownie, etc. For the kids they bring them each a plate with make your own cupcake design. The platter has several small bowls with gummy worms, candy, frosting and a plain white cupcake to decorate. We all enjoyed this meal very much. :cool1:

Oh forgot to say this resturant does revolve slowly around the land ride which is sort of neat for the kids to see. The characters were very attentive. They came around to us twice during our meal. :cool1:
