All 3 on-site hotels booked

If all 3 on-site hotels are fully booked w/no room availability for 11/11-11/13, does that mean it will be very busy during that time? I've heard they over-book rooms. If I check in early, will I most likely get my room (cause as you can imagine, I would be furious not to get a room when I booked months ago).
