Both are available at the same time (morning), just curious if one FP over the other saves more time and/or which of the two rides typically have same day FPs available after we use our first three by around lunchtime.

Any thoughts?

1000% agree. Unless you're going on a Star Wars day (e.g. May 4th, during a local festival/event), pick AS2.

AS2. Que is worse. And star tours may be easier to get as a 4th fp as it is not new

Thanks all.

After tinkering around and modifying fast passes I got our two HS days set to our liking.

day one:

ST
RnR
MMRR

day two:

SDD
A$$
TSMM

(I’m the only one in my four pack who likes TOT so no initial FP for that )

I gave up MFSM for MMRR but consider that a major upgrade with MFSM having single rider option and what I foresee as a much shorter standby line in a cool queue.

Both days our third FP is around noon so hopefully we will be able to grab a 4th FP and beyond all afternoon.

What a difference a month makesI Not long ago I didn’t know how we were going to conquer HS and now it’s only a matter of securing a BP for Rise and maybe waiting 30-60 mins in a cool queue for MFSM.

As if I wasn’t pumped enough - Ready for March 6th!

I assume by MFSM you mean Smuggler’s Run- the single rider sees none of the queue, not even the preshow. You go down a themed hall and up a staircase and are merged in the lounge. Fyi- if the line is much longer than past the top turn in the steps, you’re looking at 20+ mn. With fp being added to SR, the standby line is probably going to be double what it has been recently. During the night shows will probably be the shortest wait.

What about the Fastpaas for Smugglers Run? Do you miss anything by doing Fastpaas?

FP/rider swap get just a glimpse of part of the hanger room and then proceed into the first pre-show. You don't go behind the falcon at all. I had to go through it once, when I was one of the first people in line for the day and they were routing everybody that way.

Hmm..ok...so maybe not great to FastPass then if you want the full experience?

Well, if you can get a fp I would- each ride is different due to the nature of the attraction and if you can save some time on one ride, great. But any hard-core SW fan or someone who just wants to see everything is going to want to do the stand-by line at least once. There is a mission you can play on the datapad too that only works in the stand by line, though personally I wouldn't do it (and didn't myself) the first time in line. I preferred just taking all the sights and sounds in. Each time I've gone on (lost count now...maybe 10?) I've heard something I hadn't before, though some of it I've heard multiple times now. I'm trying not to give all the details away as surprise is part of the fun. :)
