Planning our first family trip!!!

Well, I am Alicia and I have decided that enough is enough. I really need to lose this weight once and for all! We're going to Disney in Decemeber..this is the first trip to Disney we've ever been on with all three of our kids. In fact...it's the first actual vacation that we've taken with all three of our kids at all...besides like vacations to see family and stuff...which are usually with family..and of course are much more easy going and less physically demanding then a trip to Disney!! Right now I am always exhausted, I can barely keep up with the kids around the house..if I were to leave today for our trip I don't know how I would do it! I know I'd end up being cranky because of being so tired and achy from all that walking and I'd end up ruining the trip for everyone.
I'm at 190 right now and I want to get down to anywhere between 145-160. I have 9 mos before our trip..which leaves me enough time..I just have to stick with it. I find it so hard to do that though because I work from home and so I don't really have a support system. My husband supports me and he is awesome..but he also is not always the best weight loss support because he loves me for me and doesn't really care if I lose the weight..other then wanting me to feel good about myself...he also wants to lose weight too though..so we could start incorporating more healthy meals and stuff.
We're already pescetarian and we already eat all whole wheat stuff..no white bread, pasta or rice. But..that does nothing for us lol..so we have to step it up a notch.
Me myself..I am a sugar addict. If I could beat that I could lose the weight no problem..that is a big IF though. I've struggled with that for years! The only thing keeping me positive this time is that spring is coming..so fresh fruits and veggies are coming back..which means more salads and fruits and less sweets!!!
Well..I have to get the kids ready for bed so that I can get to work (I work late nights too..which makes it harder to get the 8 hours of sleep that is so vital for good health and weight loss....)
