Alice's musical chairs

I was at DL on Monday and ran across the game. It was earlier - around 1pm.

What age kids participate? Would a young teen be out of place?

we happened to catch it when we were there last week and it was around 2:30. it was the first and only time i've seen it so far (and we caught it in the middle of the game) so i'm not sure how it compares to other days, but the kids we saw ranged in age from about 5 to 8 years old.

When my 4 year old played musical chairs the rule was participants could not be taller than Alice.

musical chairs happen most days, at around 2:30 participants are decided by the mad hatter, teens also play!! you can see a ton of videos of this on youtube, funny stuff!
i was there yesterday and something awesome happened, when hatter was explaining the rules of the game he asked for an assistant and he pull out a guy out of the crowd, but this guy is also a cast member that's also a mad hatter at disneyland!

Ask the piano player at Refreshment Corner for the game time that day. He has to play the music for musical chairs, so he will know the time, which can change from day to day depending upon other factors.

Oops - I am mixing up my DL visits. We saw the musical chairs a couple weeks ago on a Sat. I'd never seen it before but it was funny. It was mid-afternoon but I can't remember exactly what time.

Anyone who was around and wanted to play could do so. It was actually mostly teenagers and grownups. LOL I tried to get DD12 to play but she was too timid.
