Alice in Wonderland stencils

Has anyone seen Alice in Wonderland character stencils, for fabric painting? I'm looking for the Disney version (of course! ) to stencil along the bottom of DD's drapes in her room. She has decided to have an Alice room and we already have plain white heavy curtains in her room (the JCPenny Wendy drapes), that I thought I could paint with a few of the characters.

I need something easy. The stencils I've found online were mostly in the UK and VERY expensive; they were also of the original Tenniel (sp?) drawings and not Disney. Looked very intricate.

I noticed no one responded yet. Have you tried posting this over in creative dis-igns? perhaps you could get one of the ladies to design something that you could iron on. It might even prove easier than stencils. Just scroll down the main board until you see creative dis igns. they will steer you in the right direction.

Cannot help you with stincils... but I do have some alice flannel... you could cut out and stitch on?

I could spare a foot or so for another Alice fan

When we went in 2002 I bought an Alice pillow from the Grand Floridian which is gorgeous, you might could call and see if they still sell them

Thank you, Oceana, for the sweet offer of your Alice flannel! I'm going to keep searching for something we can paint for now--at present my mom's sewing maching is broken, and also, I just hate to sew!!

I did order the Alice and Cheshire Cat pillows along with the Alice lamp from Disneyshopping this week--everything is on sale really cheap! We are painting the room light purple and getting a white bedspread, so I'll be looking for accessories to carry out the Wonderland theme.

I have thought about getting a mural stencil off of ebay and painting the tea party on the wall and just leaving curtains as they are, so we can use them again when/if she gets tired of Alice.

I will check over on the creative board--they are SO out of my league!

If you change your mind PM me no sooner than a month from now... life is too busy to go into my fabric stash now. It has a pink background with small white dots. I bought every yard they had.
