Alice In Wonderland Costume/Tea

Two quick questions - hoping to take girls to the Wonderland Tea Party at the GF.

1) The Wonderland Tea Party goes from 1:30 to 2:30 do you think it would work for me, husband and my mother to go for our own Tea at the GF which starts at 2:00. We could drop the girls and then one of us go puck them up and they could join us at the tea. Could you see this working? Are the two places close by? Any thoughts....

2) Has anyone seen any Alice costumes or dresses/aprons that could work as Alice costumes? The girls would love to get dressed up. We live in Ontario.

I see no reason why you couldnt. You can navigate around GF relatively quickly. Our 5 year old daughter attended the tea party in August and they had all the doors and curtains closed while they were in their so there was nothing to see anyhow. We were on the dining plan so we went to the restaurant and had counter service and still had time to spare.

That is what we did this March and it worked fine. The two places are on the same level and it will only take you only a minute to get from one place to the other. In the unlikely event that you lose track of the time when you are having your own tea, the people running the Wonderland Tea Party give you a pager that they will "buzz" shortly before the kids are ready to be picked up.
