Alfredo's Changing?

I have heard that the Italian Restaurant in Epcot will be changing and wonder if anyone has any info on it? i have read mostly bad reviews about it and was hoping the new place would be an improvement. Thanks for your help.

Alfredo's, the current resturant, has it's last TS on August 31. We have reservations this night. I've eaten there before and we all loved it. Another company is taking over the resturant. I'm not sure which company.

The company that will be opening the new restaurant, (or rather, the first name of the new place) which will be called Tutto Italia, is the Patina restaurant group. They operate 3 separate restaurants at Disneyland's Downtown Disney. I've not eaten at any of them so can't tell you what to expect.

Tutto Italia is a "temporary" restaurant (both name & menu), as they will open and operate for a while (date of opening varies depending on who you talk to), and then close again for a major rehab, after which the NEW Patina Restaurant (who's name we don't know yet) will open "permanently".

If this sounds confusing, well, it is, but sooner or later we'll figure it all out!
