Aldi Grocery stores

I recently discovered the great deals Aldi has during the holidays. They had a skillet there a couple of weeks ago and I passed on it thinking I'll get it next time. Well I haven't seen it since. It seems they're the kind of store where if you see something you want, you get it. It might be gone next time. So I'm curious for those who have shopped there a while. Do they ever bring merchandise back? If so, how long does it take to see it again? TIA

Its very rare. The stuff they get are closeout items so get it when they have it.

I shop there often and the food items stay pretty much the same but the special items are there for a short time only, usually once they are gone you won't see them again. There have only been a few items there that I didn't like (a certain cookie, one type of yogurt) and now that they are carrying Diet Coke I am in heaven. I love their cereal, peanut butter, Grape jelly, cookies, bread items, milk and although I don't eat much meat what I have had has been good. The fruits and veggies are good if you get them on the first day of a sale or when a truck delivers more, not so good if they have been in the store a day or so and I am not sure why that occurs but i have seen alot of spoilage in some of the fruits (esp berries). But if I get them early in the sale they are great, some of the best blueberries of the summer were bought there, and when I buy blueberries its usually 10 pints at a time (I guess you could say I LOVE fresh blueberries)

I love shopping at Aldi. It is amazing how much you can get for under $50. Their "special" items are usually there for a short time. The staple items are always there. I have found that if it is in the middle section then get it while you can. For 3 weeks this fall they had almond butter which was so good. Now it is gone.
