Aldi good buys/must buys

I was in Aldi yesterday for the first time and remember reading about what
people love buying from there. Unfortunately I couldn't remember what was good and which ones to stay away from. I'm going again on Wednesday and would like to know what things you love to get from Aldi. What frozen items are good/bad, etc. Thanks!

We love almost everything at Aldi.... we purchase regurlarly the following:

milk
eggs
cheese (shredded & block)
flour
sugar/brown sugar
potato chips (all kinds including tortilla)
soft & hard taco shells
canned veggies/fruits
jello/pudding/applesauce
jambalya/red beans & rice
refried beans
frozen:
french fries/tator tots
ice cream/bars/popsicles
mini tacos
chicken enchilada dinner (with spanish rice--feeds us for 2 days)
chicken nuggets
burritos

Their cheap wines and chocolates are good too!

The giant Take-n-Bake pizza for $5.99 was awesome!

I've been an Aldi shopper for years but we just tried these the other day and loved them! For some reason the first one was only $2.99 (must have had a close expiration date) and the one we got a few days later was $5.99. Still a great deal!

I agree with the other suggestions. My family loves their Moose Tracks ice cream.

Man, I really need to get back into the habit of shopping there. I love their chocolate, so good. And I wish ours carried wine! Kansas has strict rules about alcohol in grocery stores, so no wine here. Boo.

i Have found very little there that we didnt like. The peppercorn kettle chips are AWESOME!I tend to stay with namebrand tomato products like ketchup and sauce. mostly because i am very sensative to acids and theirs seems "acidy" to me. hmm i gotta get back there soon. Oh yeah, they have these frozen fruit bars that are SO yummy. definatly a trip to Aldi's real soon!

I switched to their skin care line over 9 months ago and have really liked it. My skin feels really good with it, I use the night and day cream and the cleanser and toner. I think because the price is so cheap I actually use more of the product so that helps. The lip balm is really good you get 3 tubes for $2. When I first bought it I paid under $20 for everything I figured that if I didn't like it I wouldn't really be out much compared to what department stores or even drugstores charge for skin care. They don't carry a spf lotion so I still use something else for that along with the day cream.
