I *think* the Alfresco Lounge is near WCT but I'm not sure. It is new so I've never been there but I have a friend who goes often and I'm pretty sure that's where she said it was.

That correct, it's on the west end of WCT and up stairs. It has a trellace over it. It's quite nice, and I expect you will be having a drink there in a few days.
