Does alcoholic drinks from kiosks like the Grand Slush Marnier in France in Epcot count as a snack credit?

There are NO alcoholic drinks anywhere on property that count as a SNACK credit. The only way to get an alcoholic drink with any meal plan is to get one with your meal, either QS or TS.
