alcohol in dinning plan?

I've been reading all the dinning plan threads & have noticed a few mentioning they were drinking more alcohol because of it being included with dinner. I'm confused. From everything I've read it states the drinks are non-alcoholic. Also, if the "boozy goodness" is not included do you think the virgin drinks are?

Alcoholic drinks are not included in the Dining plan, except at the Dinner Shows (HDDR and Spirit of Aloha, I think). People might be having more cocktails, etc, since they are saving so much with the plan, they splurge on drinks... You will get a seperate bill for alcohol at the TS restaurants!

AP holders and FL residents who get the DDE card do save 20% off their total bill at most sit down restaurants in WDW- including alcohol.

Drinks ARE included in the Disney Dining Experience discount-- 20% off, even when ordered at the bar-- ie Rose and Crown Pub took 20% off a round of beers when we were there. Caused us to be a little more strategic when we decided where to stop for a libation .
