Should we discuss a cut-off point, either based on date or group size? At this point, if everyone in this post joined, we would have 10 rooms in the group. But I am just putting that out there. I don't want to be the only one making decisions because this should be a fun thing and I don't want anybody to feel cheated or upset. So please, voice concerns if you have any. I will happily listen and try to work with everyone.

I am all new to FE groups, so I will rely on y'all to make the decision regarding size of the group.

With regards to group size it'd would be nice to be able to cap it at 10-15 cabins and then start a second group if things pick up. More than that can get to be a bit much to transport! Last time around we ended up with 3 groups of 10 which felt pretty manageable.

I am personally voting for capping groups at 10 rooms then starting another, if necessary (like Dlgeeks, said). So unless anyone voices opposition, that is what it will be. I will note this in the post.

Hi! This is sevoqueen (Stephanie), and this is the first girls cruise with my daughters Jordan (13) and Sammi (12). We are cabin 2588. No allergies, but Sammi is a diabetic. My favorite character is Cinderella, Jordan's is Alice in Wonderland, and Sammi's is Snow White. We can't wait!

I think now might be a good time to explore the notion of a cut-off date. I realize that we still have a pretty short list of participants so far and I am not suggesting any time soon. What would you all say about cutting off the list on May 13, a month before the cruise?

That sounds awesome, Lindy (may I call you that?). Rio and I have the Fish Extender itself made and we are at the whole "taking inventory of needed supplies" part. I am perpetually at the stage of wondering if what we are giving is enough. I may make the gifts for the four provided rooms and if no one else throws their info in, add a bit more to the gifts.

I started collecting things back when we first booked because I just couldn't help myself! And then packed it all up for the holidays, can't wait to pull everything back out and start strategizing! Just have to clear all of the tax paperwork off the table first (I think FE may be my incentive to get our taxes files early this year!)

Yes, my Panamanian family started calling me Lindy several years ago. I ordered a lot of supplies from Amazon JoAnn's and had it all shipped to my sisters house in Florida. We picked it up when we went to visit for Thanksgiving and since we fly in and out of Orlando, we did a few days at DW of course (MVMCP and Holiday D-lights tour, they were both great)! Are taxes are done - refund is buying a new camera, so my table is all FE! Jerry says I have gone "over board" but it is a lot of fun.
