Alaska - July 2019 Excursions - Please Advise

Also doing Alaska with kids.. Looking for suggestions.
Anyone experience Disney liarsville excursion? Was it fun for kids?

We did the breakfast with our 3 (13/12/12 at the time). It was only 2 hours so the campiness wasn't overwhelming. We got a good campfire cooked steak & eggs after which we did gold panning in a sluice (we all got a flake). All 3 kids said they had fun. DW & I also thought it was fun and I'd recommend it to anyone.

We traveled as a group of 10 ranging from 10-70. This is what we did and would recommend:
Juneau - Harv and Marv whale watching
Skagway - trained up/bussed back with dogcart experience with Chilkoot tours
Ketchikan - float plane to the Misty Fjords with Island Wings
