Did you do it both ways? Was it too long? My kids are 5 and 13?

We went up with the train and then had a bus coming back. On the way back we went to Liarsville.

If you do the train going up sit on the left, if you do the train going down sit on the right.

You can still see stuff left behind in the stream bed. watch for rusty red thing in the stream bed. I think if you just do the one way train your kids will like it.

Saw Pirates 4 this weekend - IMHO better than 2 and MUCH better than 3. The plot line was easier to follow & loved the interactions between Angelica & Jack and Barbossa & Jack - Blackbeard was a worthy villain & while the end wrapped things up nicely, there's still plenty of room for a sequel.

Still trying what to decide in Juneau - we have a "local connection" (good friend who grew up there & still has family in the area) & she may be able to get us a good deal on a tour.

I'll send them an email when we get closer to find out what is playing. We watch quite a few movies on the ship

I hope the do show Captain America because it ties in with Iron Man and Thor. These movies are all conected.

I have seen both and if you watch after the credits there is a short piece after each one.

We always stay thru the end of the credits.. just in case! And yes, there is a "bonus" scene at the end of Pirates 4 that may make things ... interesting... for Jack if there's a 5th movie!

We always stay until after the credits too! The credits on POTC 4 took forever to end I think they are already filming 5 & 6, doing them at the same time like they did 2 & 3.

I got over half my FE gifts finished yesterday, but I think my eyes need a rest from trying to finish them for a bit. I had to get my cheaters on to do them

It's a beautiful day here after storms that came through around 4:30 this morning. I haven't turned the TV on yet, but Mom said there it was pretty bad for a lot of people This weather had been crazy.

Happy ~ Double Digits and June 1st is right around the corner!

Sad ~ one of the posters on another board (both the husband and the wife) did not make it through the tornado. Very sad.

I was reading her post on the Disney Marathon/Half Marathon with the news on about the tornado and then this morning I read about their passing. One just never knows. Gotta live life to the fullest and just go for it!

I am now very very excited.
Just called DCL and the time zone that the June 1st log in is Eastern which means that I need to stay up late on May 31st to get my ressies! Hopefully I won't miss it as I was gonna wait til 6/1 but now

I am so glad I called since I want to do Palo brunch for 3 on the last sea day and if that is not open then the first sea day and if that is not open then tracy arm day so waiting (not necessarily patiently but waiting).

The nice lady on the phone said Palo costs $20pp. I had budgeted $15 so gotta add money to my envelope for Palo.

I think the longest group will be at 11 am when customs opens, there will still be lots of folks getting there earlier than that and it could get back logged. I signed up for the 1:00-1:30 arrival time. I figured we would be on the ship by 1:30 or 2. So your timeline should be good.


I still need to do something similar for the little girls but my handiwork is finished I made a few extras incase more people join and in case someone needs a different size They were actually fun to make.

I finally get to meet in June my friend Karen that I have talked with since 2006 and never got to meet. She is going to be at WDW while we are there in June. I am really looking forward to that real hug instead of all the cyber ones we have shared.

Friends thru these boards are really neat. There were 3 of them talking about the 2012 Half and meeting. I joined their thread and mentioned that I was thinking of 2013 and then they were talking about doing it again when I do mine in 2013. They are gonna run 2012 in her memory. She was very encouraging as I am just starting to train ~ I moved from couch to walking 5k and 10k. Now I have moved from just walking to a slow jog and will be working my way to running.

I missed the memo in January and am not sure how I did that since I have been on these boards since last year anticipating this trip!

The weather sure has been funky! The volcano erupted the week before the Japan tsunami and we have been getting lots more rain this year than in the past. We even had two water funnels! It was awesome to see out on the ocean but I cannot imagine tornados ~ or extreme lightning since we don't get too much of that here. Thunder is seldome too but nothing like you guys with the reverberations!

Hope you stay dry....and finished your paperwork on the computer below but at least you accomplished some of your FE
