Delta and Alaska Airlines are merging their FF programs. They will be codeshare partners together soon.
This is great news for us!
We like to fly with Alaska for our West Coast Trips and fly Delta to the East coast. This works out better financially and flight schedule wise. Now we will have the best of both worlds. Plus, Alaska off peak FF tickets are only 20,000 miles compared to 25,000 with Delta. This will work out great! I might actually get a credit card now because our bank has the Alaska Air program with an annual companion fare ticket for $50.00.
I hope they finalize everything soon because I have FF miles to use and 2 trips in the back of the nogin to use them on!
