Alamo - Trail Blazer

I am renting a trail blazer from alamo. Does anyone know if they have other cars similar they also use? We signed up for their program so now I don't think I have to check in at the counter inside. Do they have a counter outside like budget has?

I saw lots of Trailblazers in the garage this week--don't know if they had any other types. The QS counter in the garage is in a booth on the second floor right next to National (similar to Budgets set up except they don't hand you keys to a specific car, you just walk to the aisle and pick out the car in your class)

When we were there last week, in addition to trailblazers, they had GMC Envoys also.

I wonder if the envoys have 2 or 3 rows for seating. I hope there is a choice when we get there so we can choose the bigger vehicle.

Both Trailblazers & Envoys have 3 rows of seats, however, you may not find these models (Trailblazer EXT or Envoy XL) on the rental aisle. If your reservation is for a Trailblazer that seats 5, it will be the regular model, not the extended version, same for the Envoy.

I didn't see the extended versions at MCO when we were there last month.

We rented a trailblazer last year, and if you can get a mini van or a vehicle with 3 sitting areas it would be better. My 3 lovely children fought the whole time as they sat together in the back seat! Not fun! Just food for thought!

we have the trailblazer booked, too. interesting to hear they have the envoy as well, i'd really like to try one of them!
