Alamo through Chase question

I booked an Alamo car rental through Chase using Ultimate Rewards. Does anyone know if I can do online check in with Alamo to skip the desk?

Thank you. It did allow me to link the reservation and brought me to the online check in page. I do have a few more questions; If I do online check in can I still cancel within Alamo's policy? Also, there's an estimated charge of around $11 I can't find info on. Does anyone know what that is? Do we just go right to the garage with our confirmation paper work and find an employee there? Sorry for so many questions, we usually don't rent a car for Disney.

Have you asked Chase? Getting information directly from the company with which you book is preferable to second-hand information on an unaffiliated website.

Chase is just acting as the TA here. I booked Alamo through Costco, and linked it and all was well.

You have booked through chase as TA and it might have restrictions (or benefits) that another Booking might not have. So check the wording of what you booked.

Also, there's an estimated charge of around $11 I can't find info on. Does anyone know what that is?

It should be all broken down in your booking. If not, call.

Thanks. There's nothing in the Chase booking about Alamo's online check in so I will call Alamo when I can. The Chase site states that nothing is due, it's when i go to do the online check in with Alamo that it says estimated charges $11.** I'll ask when I call about the refundability.

FYI: Don't be surprised if Alamo tells you to talk to Chase. In effect, Chase "owns" the reservation and is therefore responsible for servicing that reservation.
