Alamo Site is working for Cancels and Mod's

Got on this morning and FINALLY Alamo has the site fixed!
I was able to cancel all of the higher priced reservations I no longer needed!
If you have ones to cancel, you should have no trouble now.

Um, I had sixty for our group!
The site has been down so long, and prices have fluctuated so much, that with us needing three vehicles, I had sixty that needed to be cancelled!

So don't feel bad about your nine!!

Okay, this makes me feel better. The site must be down again, because I came on here to ask if anyone else was having trouble. It says my first name is wrong. Really, I have had it for 62 years, I should know if it is right! I will try again tomorrow.

I saw this too late. I cancelled 4 today. And a couple of those were supposed to already BE cancelled, I had emailed about them and they said it was done.

It was not bad over the phone, I did not speak to a real person, it was a computer. I called the Costco travel #, and they switched me to Alamo. I think.
