Alamo Quick Silver Program

I just registered my husband for this program. I called Alamo to ask several questions about it and I didn't feel very confident with the lady I was speaking with. I am added as an additional driver (Walmart code) on our reservation but when I filled out the Quick Silver info. it only asked for my husband's driver licence, is there at any point that I have to show my licence? Also, do I print our online reservation, take it with us and proceed immediately to the cars in the lot, pick a car and then produce husbands drivers licence and credit card at the gate and be on our way. She was talking about the counter and I said I didn't think we had to go to the counter and she "oh that's right". Just want to double check everything with someone who used this program. Thanks.

If you go into view/modify your reservation, there is a "save time" button at the bottom of the page where you can enter all the information for the 2nd driver.

You can check in online and print your reservation documents at home only if you haven't used a coupon in your reservation. Alternately you can use the kiosk at the Alamo desk rather than waiting in line and then go straight to the garage to pick up your car.

I didn't have to enter a business name, I don't think that field was mandatory. I just entered my name and it worked fine. I called again yesterday and I got someone who was very helpful. I can bypass the kiosk and just go to the garage, pick out the car and show the drivers licence at the gate. They send you a form with the package that you sign, fill out and return to them so they have your signature on file. Hopefully we won't have any problems.

Our experience has been that with Alamo QS you are only allowed to go straight to the garage if you check in online or use the self-service kiosk. National's Emerald Aisle service (Alamo's sister company) allows you to go straight out and pick your own car.
