After WDW we're taking a side trip to Universal and Miami. If we rent a car at the Care Care Center, can we return the car at MCO? I'm trying to avoid having to return it to the Care Care Center so that we don't have to arrange for transportation to the airport.

Yes you can, however, there may be a drop off charge. Run the booking and see how it works out.
